Broken pots and damage-who cares?

I have hundreds of pieces of pottery and some of those in the past have been in pieces themselves! I do not really care about value so damage does not bother me at all. Rarity is very important to me and this beats condition every time. As can be seen below this mug which celebrates the battle of Inkerman looks as though it was used in the battle! Despite its distressed condition I still love this cup as in all my years I have never seen another like it.
